Agathe Engelmann – IT Lead/IT Service/Core/Data, ING-DiBa AG
Agathe is IT Lead at ING in Germany since 2020 and reports directly to the CIO. She is TECH responsible for all applications ING uses in Retail Backoffice, Middleware, Core Banking, Customer Data, Document Management, Data Management and Data Analytics. Agathe’s career path started in public administration and quickly led her to the private sector. Over the past two decades, she has held various positions in TECH at ING. She considers herself a “trailblazer” and a “helper”. Learning something new every day spurs her on; bringing women forward in Tech is close to her heart – as is her family. Other things she likes: swimming and reading.
