Christian Prechtl has over 15 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a strong background in sensor and image data processing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Automation Engineering and a Master of Science in Robotics, Cognition and Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Across his career, he has built extensive expertise in developing robotics solutions and advanced driver-assistance systems, working in both the logistics and automotive industries.
In his current role at MIBA AG—an Upper Austrian technology group developing and producing components across the entire energy value chain—he is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of AI initiatives across the enterprise. His focus lies in building scalable, robust AI solutions for a wide range of use cases, with a particular emphasis on production-close applications and real-world implementation.
