After more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive at the intersection of digitalization and marketing/sales, I am deeply convinced that digitalization is the key ingredient for companies to survive, and customer centricity is the north star for long-term success.
I strongly believe that we need to build significantly more digitalization expertise within all functions. For digitalization projects to succeed, the way these departments work must change—and this can only be achieved by broadly enhancing digital skills and bringing people along on the journey. And that’s what I stand for!
One word on AI: we stand at the verge of a really fundamental change in the way we work and the way we live, and I want to encourage everyone to get involved. There are so many positive aspects to AI for everyone, if we just dare to embrace it… and the negative aspects, we will get them anyhow.
In the course of my career, I’ve held various leadership positions, leading up to 50 people, and I deeply enjoy leading and coaching people. My leadership style is based on developing a joint vision and fostering teamwork to achieve it – with a clear focus on creating value.
