• During the Confare CIOSUMMIT Zurich on September 10, 2025, you will be paired with a suitable mentor for a one-on-one conversation, allowing for private and open discussions.
• In one or more personal meetings or online sessions, you will address individual topics, receive advice, and support.
• In a concluding meeting, you can share your experiences with other participants, gain valuable insights, and exchange ideas with fellow mentees.​

What is the goal of the mentoring program?

The goal of the mentoring program is to initiate and promote the exchange of experiences between seasoned CIOs and women who aspire to pursue a career in corporate IT.
