I am an IT professional with 15+ years of consulting experience, presently employed as a Solution Architect at FROX AG in Switzerland.
In my role I am consulting customer’s in the design and implementation of process oriented software solutions, both in the IT (ITIL) domain (utilizing classical ITSM suites) and in the business world (using state-of-the-art BPMN tool sets).
