Field Chief Technology Officer | Nutanix
Ian is the EMEA Field CTO for Nutanix focussed on Financial Services and advises companies and organisations on cloud, DevOps and infrastructure architecture. He’s the former HSBC Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Cloud and DevOps, where he led a transformative cloud-adoption initiative from 2018 to 2023 working with four public cloud providers. He was also a member of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Customer Advisory Board and the AWS FSI Advisory Council. Previously, Ian worked in technology for Credit Suisse and CS First Boston in both London and New York, and with Logica Finance in their TIBCO market data practice.
