Jana Werner, Ph.D leads the AWS Enterprise Transformation practice in EMEA. Jana helps our largest customers to build organizations that delight customers and innovate at speed by bringing together all elements for successful digital transformation – from cloud and data foundations, to modern product development practices, organisation and culture change. She has led Tesco Bank’s Digital Transformation, and has a track record of delivering disruptive customer experiences and operating cost reductions. Jana has experience with a range of organisations and sectors from start-ups to large scale multinational organisations in B2B and B2C settings (e.g. HP, DHL). Jana holds a Doctorate and a Masters in strategy implementation and team dynamics. She set up a Masters Degree for Heriot Watt University in Dubai, and worked at two of the top innovation research institutes in the world, innovating multimedia systems.
