Jose Ignacio (Nacho) is leading the “IT Service Management and Support services” team and he is part of the IT Management Team at Sulzer. His team manage the Service Management (processes & tools), Global Service Desk and the complete Support organization (Local IT) across the globe with around 100 FTEs within his team.

Nacho joined Sulzer in May.2015 as Head of IT Service Management. Prior Sulzer, Nacho spent almost 15 years in senior leadership IT roles within Holcim (Global) focus in building IT strategies and driving those into realization.

Nacho holds an Global Executive MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid (Spain)
