With over 14 years of experience in data-driven roles, I am the Head of Data & Analytics at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, a leading Swiss manufacturer of aircraft and training systems. As a mentor and an advisory council member, I also share my knowledge and insights with aspiring data professionals and industry peers.

My mission is to drive data literacy and foster business agility across the organization, while promoting a cloud-first strategy and enabling self-service. As an agile coach and a servant leader, I empower and develop my team, offer trusted advice and support to my colleagues and stakeholders, and advocate for invitation-based change.
