Rikkii Lee Richman is a strategic, innovative technology executive with a proven track record of success in managing and improving enterprise IT services; driving strategic change and implementing plans to efficiently execute results-oriented initiatives. He has extensive experience in aligning technology to business needs, improving IT effectiveness, business relationship management, & product development. With 30 years of experience in the delivery of enterprise class business-critical IT services and service management, within the Legal, Financial, E-Billing, Payments, Supply Chain Management, Media/e-Publishing and Events industries. He has broad IT management experience & the leadership of IT professionals on both global and international scales. He offers IT service management/IT service delivery excellence with extensive experience of operating, managing and communicating at Board level. He is an ITIL Red Badge holder who has successfully led ISO 27001 & 9001 implementations through to certification.

As Group IT Director at Autovista Group (AG) he is responsible for AG’s Global IT including; Architecture, Applications Development and Support, Technology Infrastructure, IT Service Management, DBA’s (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Informix), PMO and Vendor Management, through IT teams based predominantly across UK and Europe. Initially hired as Interim IT Director with a focus on IT infrastructure and operations on a global scale, he was responsible for leading the implementation of Office 365, ISO 27001 & to establish the datacentre strategy. His role was expanded to Group IT Director, reporting to the COO to stabilise AG’s complex IT environment, establish strategies to overcome IT mis-management and a lack of IT investment, to engineer out complexities & legacies, expand AG’s digital capability, establish IT governance, address an underperforming IT department & to align IT to support the overall business strategy.
