As CIO, I’m overseeing the IT strategy, operations, and governance of E.ON, as well as the development and delivery of digital solutions and services for E.ON’s customers and stakeholders.
For me, achieving top performance requires trust, team spirit and the power of innovation. I believe in the added value of constant learning and healthy competition to inspire my team, challenge the status quo, and create the space for new perspectives. My goal is to always stay curious to discover innovative solutions and take digitalization within E.ON to the next level.
With over 20 years in the software and energy industries, it’s important to me to always be at the forefront of technical innovations. Before joining E.ON, I held various international management positions at Microsoft and built up my technical knowledge in various startups and at the Boston Consulting Group.
