She has strong experience working with clients across sectors on the topics of Change, Culture, and Learning. Prior to joining EY, Sofia was the Swiss Change and Culture lead for a major consulting firm. She is a business coach, and a strong believer in lifelong learning with a Major in Applied Mathematics, a certification in Change Management from PROSCI, and a certification in Strategy and Organization from Stanford University.
