Esther is a Partner and Data & Analytics Lead at EY Switzerland. She is an experienced professional who gets excited by supporting companies to improve decision making resulting in e.g. cost savings, better performance, more satisfied customers and employees. Esther has around 15 years of experience in Data & Analytics, supporting organizations across sectors. She started to lead the Dutch Analytics team in 2015 and moved to EY Switzerland to lead and grow the team there in 2021. Esther and her team focus on different aspects of Data, Analytics and Automation, which can range from designing a D&A operating model to developing Hyper automation or AI solutions.
