Ali Farahani

Ali Farahani, Group CIO @ Roxcel Holding

Ali Farahani is Group Chief Information Officer at Roxcel Holding, based in Austria, Vienna. He is responsible for crafting
the information technology strategies, defining policies and leading company’s international digital transformation
efforts.

He acts as business enabler and routinely shares his insights with stakeholders in optimizing business results through
the use of technology, developing federated global teams, fueling innovation and enabling IT operational excellence.
Prior to joining Roxcel Holding in 2017, Farahani served as chief technology officer (CTO) at Lerox for 8 years, leading
development of various enterprise level solutions. With more than 20 years in the information technology industry, he
has also served in various IT positions around the globe. Farahani holds a BS in Hardware Engineering from Technical
University of Tehran.

Farahani strongly believes in the role of IT leaders as business enablers in digital era. He strives to empower, and coach
young IT managers to reach excellence in digital transformation.
