Pit completed his BSc in Applied Computer Science in 2015 and started working as a Service Consultant for a subsidiary of one of the top global IT service providers, which focused on business consulting, software development, and managed (infrastructure) services. In 2018, Pit accepted a new challenge at KAISER+KRAFT/TAKKT in DevOps, initially focused on e-commerce, but now providing support for multiple business units and core applications (e-commerce, ERP, PIM, CRM) across the organisation. Currently, Pit is the Lead Expert for DevOps, focused on cutting-edge cloud technologies such as AWS. His vision is to break down on-premise silos and leverage automation and Infrastructure-as-Code to enable organizations to gain maximum benefits from emerging technologies, mastering the challenges of automating and scaling infrastructure.
