Jens Paul Berndt is Group Head of Tech, Data and AI at Ringier AG, the Zurich-based international media and digital marketplace group, where he leads the company’s group-wide technology, data, and artificial intelligence strategy. In this role, he drives Ringier’s AI transformation across its media, marketplaces, and sports verticals — including one of Europe’s most ambitious enterprise deployments of Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform, turning data into operational intelligence across dozens of brands in more than 15 countries. Before joining Ringier, Jens served as CTO of the SMG Swiss Marketplace Group and Ifolor Group, and as both CTO and CEO of Homegate, Switzerland’s leading real estate platform, following earlier leadership roles at ImmobilienScout in Germany. With more than two decades at the intersection of digital marketplaces, media, and applied AI, he brings a rare perspective: that of an operator who has built, scaled, and monetized AI systems that actually ship.
